Shipping fee

Hong Kong:

Free shipping for orders with a net value of HK$300 or above.
If the net order value does not meet the above consumption amount, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged.

International:

We will contact you after your order is placed. The shipping cost will be charged by the shipping cost using the most suitable shipping company.

 

Shipping time

Hong Kong:

Industrial and non-industrial areas: 3 - 5 working days.
Remote areas: 7 - 10 working days or more.
Please note that there is no delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

International:

We will ship the order within 3-5 working days after you confirmed the shipping fee.

 

Delivery Details

  • When your order is shipped from the warehouse, the system will send a "delivery email notification" that evening, and the email will list the SF Express waybill number of the order. You can enter the waybill number on the SF Express website to check the logistics status of the order. If you need to arrange a delivery time separately, please contact SF Express staff yourself.
  • When your order arrives at the designated SF Express station, SF Express will send you a text message to notify you to pick up the package.
  • When you pick up your parcel at a SF Express service point, you must present the confirmation SMS sent by SF Express. You can only pick up your parcel after verification by the SF Express service point staff.
  • Please note that you need to pick up your order at the selected SF Express station within 24 hours after the notification SMS is sent. Overdue orders will be collected by SF Express. You can call SF Express's customer service hotline to reschedule the pickup. Overdue orders will be automatically cancelled, and your order amount (excluding shipping costs) will also be refunded to your payment credit card within 20 working days.
